How to Complete Your Reservation:
  1. Fill out the form: 2026 Getting to Know You/Meal Reservation (Link below).
  2. After submitting, you will be directed to a payment link (also sent via email).
    Please click this link even if you are paying by Zelle or check so your information is recorded.
  3. Select Your Payment Method:
    1. Electronic: Follow the link to pay via Credit Card, PayPal, or Venmo.
    2. Check: Click the link to get your total, print the invoice, and mail it to Kara Maytag (minus the convenience fee).
    3. Zelle: Click the link to get your total, then send payment (minus the convenience fee) to SSCA Treasurer.

Meal Reservation and Educational Seminar Reservation Forms

If you are planning to attend the 2026 National Specialty, please fill out the "Getting to Know You/Meal Reservation" form even if you are not planning on attending the dinners. The Friday and Saturday dinners will be held at the Host Hotel, The Nativo Lodge. Meal Reservations are due by April 20th. 2026 Getting to Know You/Meal Reservation

The Educational Seminar on Grooming with Bergit Coady-Kabel will be held on Thursday, May 7 at the Expo Center from 1-4pm. There will be 10 working spots available for SSCA members at a cost of $40. SSCA Members and Jr Handlers (any breed) can audit at No Charge. Non-SSCA members can audit at a cost of $25. Bergit has a wealth of knowledge so even the auditing will fill your head to overflowing! This is something you won't want to miss!
To allow a fair chance of getting a working spot, the form will open this Wednesday, March 18 at Noon CDT. Seminar Reservations are due by April 22. 2026 SSCA Educational Seminar Registration
